To receive a full refund on any booked and paid rental period, you must cancel at least 48 hours (2 days) before the start of the rental period.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the rental start date, only 50% of the total amount paid (minus card processing fees) will be refundable.
No cancellations or refunds are permitted once the rental period has begun.
Here’s how you cancel:
If you have yet to pay, simply login to your account, visit the "requests made" tab in your dashboard and click "cancel" on the relevant booking.
If you have already paid, please email "firstname.lastname@example.org" with details of your booking (your name, the rental number, the rental period and the car). We will then confirm the cancellation and advise of any refund due.
